my sister: The WEED EATER!!!!!!!
Is this picture what you picture in your head when you think of a salad? Not my sister! what SHE pictures is a wonderful blend(to her!)of dandelion and dill. Sources agree that dandelions are high in calcium, iron, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins A, B, C, and D. It has even been said that dandelion leaves are a better source of vitamin A than carrots, and have more iron than spinach. Dandelion root is also said to be 40% inulin, a healthful plant fiber. Soooooooooo now she has an arrangement,she will eat ONLY Five dandelion leaves a day, plus some dill, and she is getting Good YUMMY food, plus she is geting to eat five leaves of SUPER FOOD " is a type of food that is believed to have more significant health benefits than any other type of food due to their specific phytonutrient content." I might have to eat some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
